純素甜點工作室地衣菓子創立於2018年,專注創作無蛋無乳製品成分的純素甜點。

自小在接近大自然的環境長大,於設計系畢業後成為全職創作人,同時鑽研純素料理,以食物作為媒介訴說著故事,希望在減少損害環境下,創作各種能滿足口味也感動心靈的甜點。

願我們的蛋糕能像片森林地衣般,蘊藏一個微小而美麗的世界。

Koke Lab is a Hong Kong online-based vegan pastry shop founded in 2018. 

Growing up in an environment closed to the nature, and after graduated from design school, Koke delved into the world of art and vegan pastry with the love for nature. She founded the brand to tell stories, to please one's appetite and soul in ways that would affect the environment in the least extent.  

We aspire to create cakes as diminutive and enticing as lichen in the forests.

自開始研究純素甜點,一直覺得自己每天在很多未知中做著實驗。

畢竟在純素甜點這個領域裡,相比非素的,鑽研的人還太少。能從外吸收的知識也是很有限,絕大部分都是靠著自己孤獨地實驗著,這像實驗所裡的培養皿般,盛載著默默依賴時間流動而滋長的各種細胞。

因此品牌標志設計成培養皿的形狀,裡面的橢圓形圖案一個一個的延長出來,寓意地衣工作室是新奇點子的暖床,也記錄著各種甜點誕生的歷程。

Since Koke started her exploration in vegan pastries, she always felt like she is experimenting with an universe of unknowns everyday.

After all, in the field of vegan pastry industry, there are still very few people studying it, comparing to the non-vegans. The knowledge she can learn from the outside world is very limited, and most of the time, it is about doing thousands of experiments alone, like a petri dish in a laboratory, containing various cells that silently rely on the flow of time to grow.

Therefore, the brand logo was designed in the shape of a petri dish, with oval patterns inside, extending one by one, implied that Koke Lab is a breeding ground for novel ideas, and records of the birth of various edible artpieces.
