取蛋糕後建議於1小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 0-4 度)，運送過程中必須以保溫袋盛載，並根據嘗味期限享用。

＊在酷熱天氣下（28度或以上），如沒有保溫袋之下，請在15分鐘內將蛋糕放回雪櫃內

我們使用的是不含塑膠簡約紙盒包裝。享用甜點後如無沾污，鼓勵大家重複使用或拆掉釘子回收。（小部分蛋糕輔助或會使用塑膠以便運輸）

Please keep refrigerated at 0-4 degrees within 1 hour after pickup.

*For cake without thermal bag under hot weather (28C or above), please return the cake to fridge within 15 minutes.

Our cakes are packed with non-plastic boxes. We encourage reusing or recycling our boxes.

送貨 Delivery
我們只使用call4van送貨服務（運費以現金到付）
如需使用其他送運服務公司（如gogovan/lalamove）可自行安排到工作室領取。
我們會在營業時間內按客人指定時間安排司機送貨
(於觀塘上車最早時間：1230，最晚上車時間：1600)
因應實際情況，送達時間不會完全準確，請預留時間收貨。
產品上車後，司機以電話聯絡閣下並送貨到目的地＊樓下＊，閣下需要到車取貨時以現金支付運費予司機。

*選用送貨服務的客人必須選購「需要保溫袋」以確保蛋糕狀態*

Call4van is our only delivery partner. (delivery fee: cash on delivery to the driver)
You may arrange pick-up at our studio if you need other delivery service provider.
We will arrange delivery according to your desired time slot.
Please note that arrival time will not be accurate according to actual traffic condition.
The driver will contact you before arrival and *will not deliver to door, to the restaurants nor receptions.* 
You need to pick up at the van and pay the delivery fee by cash to the driver.
