偶爾看到歌劇院蛋糕的教學,一層一層薄薄分明的顏色,看起來很像一疊疊紙張,讓我不禁想到:「不如把他變成一本書吧!」

點子就這樣誕生了。

自推出homed 之後,一直想再創作一款朱古力蛋糕,於是這次來個長青的口味搭配,以valrhona朱古力配香橙製成共10層的歌劇院蛋糕,用朱古力薄片作為書本的封套,中間以朱古力甘納許、香橙慕絲和橙皮豆乳海綿蛋糕不斷重複,加上最底層的酥皮脆脆,組成顏色分明口感豐富的蛋糕主體,是我們製作的蛋糕當中工序最繁複的一款呢!

蛋糕成份 Cake Ingredients

valrhona dark chocolate, orange juice, orange zest, 54% vegan chocolate, organic soymilk, potato protein, crystal sugar, cane sugar, icing sugar, caster soft sugar, cacao butter, coconut oil, canola oil, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, cream of tartar, almonds, sunflower lecithin, salt, probiotics, water, coconut cream, cocoa powder, pectin, Valrhona yuzu inspiration, matcha powder

朱古力牌成份 Ingredients of Chocolate Tablet:
Weiss Vegan White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, rice flour, coconut milk powder, coconut milk, maltodextrin, emulsifier, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), 70% vegan dark chocolate, icing sugar and coconut cream

存放方法 Keeping & Storage

取蛋糕後建議於1小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 0-4 度),運送過程中必須以保溫袋盛載,並根據嘗味期限享用。

*在酷熱天氣下(28度或以上),如沒有保溫袋之下,請在15分鐘內將蛋糕放回雪櫃內

我們使用的是不含塑膠簡約紙盒包裝。享用甜點後如無沾污,鼓勵大家重複使用或拆掉釘子回收。(小部分蛋糕附肋或會使用塑膠以便運輸)

Please keep refrigerated at 0-4 degrees within 1 hour after pickup.

*For cake without thermal bag under hot weather (28C or above), please return the cake to fridge within 15 minutes.

Our cakes are packed with non-plastic boxes. We encourage reusing or recycling our boxes.

送貨 Delivery

我們只使用call4van送貨服務(運費以現金到付)
如需使用其他送運服務公司(如gogovan/lalamove)可自行安排到工作室領取。
我們會在營業時間內按客人指定時間安排司機送貨
(於觀塘上車最早時間:1230,最晚上車時間:1600)
因應實際情況,送達時間不會完全準確,請預留時間收貨。
產品上車後,司機以電話聯絡閣下並送貨到目的地*樓下*,閣下需要到車取貨時以現金支付運費予司機。

*選用送貨服務的客人必須選購「需要保溫袋」以確保蛋糕狀態*

Call4van is our only delivery partner. (delivery fee: cash on delivery to the driver)
You may arrange pick-up at our studio if you need other delivery service provider.
We will arrange delivery according to your desired time slot.
Please note that arrival time will not be accurate according to actual traffic condition.
The driver will contact you before arrival and *will not deliver to door, to the restaurants nor receptions.* 
You need to pick up at the van and pay the delivery fee by cash to the driver. 

*Make sure you purchased our thermal bag for delivery*
